Refund Guidelines

1.1 mydavastore will give you a complete refund if…


a. The thing you received was defective;
b. During transit, the requested item or items are misplaced or harmed;
c. The item or items you ordered are no longer in stock.

1.2 Depending on the situation, the reimbursement method may change. Please give your account seven to ten working days for the credit to reflect if you want to get your refund via credit/debit card or net banking. Although we apologize for any discomfort this delay may have caused, we are powerless to change the bank’s policy that causes the refund to be processed later than expected. If credit is obtained through wallets, it should become available in a day or two.

How to Make a Refund Request:

  • The product or products do not fit your order.
  • The provided product(s) are past their expiration date.
  • Delivered product(s) are broken during transit.

1.7 Should you receive a product that is damaged, refuse delivery of the item? Should you open the delivery and find that any of the products are damaged, you can return them for a replacement or a refund. Because it will rely on the product(s)’ availability, www.mydavastore.com cannot guarantee a replacement for every one of the product(s). You will be granted a refund in such circumstances.
